The Power to Change a Thought

We all know that positive thinking might sound good – and of course it is an ideal to that is beneficial – it is better to focus on changing your negative thought into something better…but having said that you and I both know it doesn’t work very well. The reason it doesn’t work is because negative thoughts are well-established ingrained habits. The new science and The One Command explain changing a thought from a different perspective.
