Customer Return/Refund Policy
Hard Copy Products
All of our material products such as CD, DVD, paperback, hardback books, manual books and any other hard material product can conveniently be returned through the mail utilizing the following guidelines. You will receive a credit for your purchase ONLY if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer any exchanges for all USA orders shipped in the USA or International orders shipped outside the USA. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. You will receive a credit for your purchase ONLY if it meets the criteria below.
The following criteria must be met to process your return:

- All items must be in resalable condition (we will not accept damaged products unless you received them damaged in the original packaging)
- Include ALL original packing materials, CDs, DVDs, workbooks, and covers - Include a copy of your invoice
- Write the reason for the return on your invoice - Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible
- All products must be returned in resalable condition within 60 days of the invoice date

Electronic Products and Delivery
If you have any difficulty with electronic delivery please contact clientcare@asara.com immediately or call 1-855-862-4636 (TOC-INFO).
As you take full delivery of our MP3, other forms of audio files or video programs that have been electronically delivered via the internet there is no viable way for you to remove that product with our knowledge and therefore we can not offer a refund unless the product can be shown to be defective, that is you cannot play the material or it was not delivered.

There are some special exceptions to our refund policy and if there is an exception that will be noted when you purchase that product, service or educational course. If there is no notation then our Standard Electronic Delivery no-refund policy remains in effect.
